Responsibilities
* Manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, ventilation, water systems, CHP plant, and compressors.
* Diagnose faults and failures in mechanical services and restore systems quickly to maintain business continuity.
* Lead the development and delivery of planned maintenance.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Contribute to long‑term maintenance planning, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Requirements
* Qualified in Mechanical or Plant Maintenance, or Building Services Engineering.
* Significant experience of building services engineering and maintenance management (or equivalent).
* Strong technical knowledge of modern mechanical systems and compliance standards.
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and planning skills.
* Knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems or similar systems.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
Further Information
* Full‑time (40 hours per week) permanent basis, with duty on‑call rota (1 week in 4) and additional payment.
* Opportunity for SC Clearance.
