Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team talks with customers daily to learn their needs and recommend products. We offer items with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. When advising a customer on skincare, we aim to help communities build a better life too.
