Position: Social Care Assistant Rate: £20.28 per hour (Umbrella) Contract Duration: 3 months Purpose: Provide high quality services to adults with a range of disabilities and challenging behaviours, allowing service user to live independently through activities based support. Job Responsibilities: - Engaging with adults, through activities and community settings. - Deliver support plans as a key worker, to support service users and their carers in line with their needs and council protocols. - Maximise personal capabilities, develop living and coping skills to work towards a high level of independence.
