Requirements:
* Under the direction of the FM Services Area Manager, to secure the efficient and cost-effective day to day operation of FM Services.
* To plan, travel and visit sites to complete inspections and audits.
* Hold individual responsibilities as well as assisting the FM Area Manager to ensure all buildings are clean and hygienic for customers, visitors and all stakeholders.
* To ensure compliance with Health and safety legislation is adhered to all times.
