The Clinical Deputy Manager will receive:
* An hourly rate of £27.80

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, You Will
* Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care
* Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities
* Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans
* Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence
* Manage the care team and ensure care plans are regularly updated and evaluated
* Ensure the home is a safe and desirable place for residents and staff
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Deputy Manager position will have:
* A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD
* At least three years of experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with one year involving dementia care
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Flexibility with working hours and a caring, positive attitude
* A driving licence
