Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Exam invigilators to oversee examinations and ensure a fair testing environment. The invigilator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the examination process, providing assistance to candidates, and ensuring compliance with examination regulations. This role is essential in supporting educational standards and fostering a positive testing experience.
Duties
* Supervise candidates during examinations to ensure adherence to established rules and regulations.
* Distribute examination materials and provide clear instructions to candidates prior to the start of the test.
* Monitor the examination environment for any irregularities or misconduct, addressing issues promptly and appropriately.
* Assist candidates with queries related to the examination process while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
* Collect completed examination papers and ensure secure handling of materials post-examination.
* Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
* Maintain a calm and professional atmosphere throughout the examination period.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a teaching role or educational environment is essential
* DBS
* Right to work
* Two professional references
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
* Ability to remain impartial and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage time effectively during examinations.

Pay: £12.30-£14.00 per hour
