Duties

* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas
* Collaborate with the head chef to manage food production processes and menu planning
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
* Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
* Supervising experience is highly desirable, with proven skills in team management
* Culinary experience or food production knowledge is advantageous
* Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required
* Experience in serving or barista roles would be beneficial
