Part Time Finance Manager – Permanent – Camborne - £35k-£40k FTE

Trial Balance Consulting are pleased to be working exclusively with a well known and much loved local business operating within the food production and retail space to recruit a Part Time Finance Manager. Based near Camborne, this role offers a welcoming working environment, plenty of free parking, and the chance to be part of a close knit team behind a recognisable and respected brand.
This position is very much hands on, suiting someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being involved across the full breadth of the finance function. While the role is around 20 hours per week, there is openness at the outset as to how those hours are structured, with some flexibility built in once established.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function
- Preparing management accounts and providing clear financial information to support decision making
- Managing cashflow, overseeing payroll processes, and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Maintaining robust financial controls and accurate accounting records
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Acting as the main finance contact for operational teams and external advisers
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who is comfortable working independently, enjoys a hands on role, and values being part of a collaborative and down to earth business. Experience within a product led or retail focused environment would be beneficial, though not essential.
