Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus benefits
Reports to: Shop manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 6 hours on Sundays only
Location: Bath Shop (Westgate Street)

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated retail assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador and taking responsibility for the shop on Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the shop operations on Sundays, including keyholder duties (training provided) and supporting volunteers.
* Supporting sales and fundraising targets.
* Managing donated goods and stock.
* Generating new income ideas with guidance.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining shop standards on safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety.
* Performing manual handling and physical activities as needed.
Candidate Profile:
* Knowledge of excellent customer service.
* Experience in vibrant, lively environments.
* Adaptability and teamwork skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, respecting work-life balance.
