As our Nursery Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care and learning opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for leading a room, supporting staff development, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and ensuring compliance with all EYFS and Ofsted standards.
We’re looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager who holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or higher, with previous experience in a similar role. You must have excellent leadership skills, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for early years education.
Working hours:
* Option 1: Monday to Friday, fixed shifts of 07:15 – 17:00 and 09:00 – 18:45 (45 hours per week)
* Option 2: 4 days per week, 07:15 – 18:45 (42 hours per week
* You’ll work 51 weeks of the year (we close between Christmas and New Year). Overtime is paid for additional cover as required.
Salary: £32,760 – £35,100 per annum (depending on working pattern).
