Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

The Role
Provide a professional and welcoming concierge service to residents and guests
Monitor site security through CCTV and regular patrols
Ensure safety and loss prevention measures are upheld
Handle guest inquiries and assist with day-to-day needs in a courteous manner
Maintain a polished front-of-house environment
What We’re Looking For
Valid SIA License (essential)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in concierge/security within luxury or high-end properties
Impeccable manners, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage security and hospitality responsibilities seamlessly
First aid certification desirable (or willingness to train)
