The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
* Drafting contracts and legal documentation
* Conducting title checks and property searches
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Handling exchange of contracts and completions
* Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
* Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Proactive and commercially aware
