You may have approached the ‘progression’ conversation before and got the same response.

This MGA that you’re reading about now are currently in the process of building their in-house claims team so there’s lots to get involved with, no pre-conceived ideas on how things should/shouldn’t be done.
You’ll have free reign so you can really help to shape their claims operation for now, and in the future.
And, within a business that won’t shut the door when it comes to progression.
They're really big on development. So much so, they've had a few promotions recently.
But don't worry about what insurance product you have experience of, any claims background will do.
What counts is that you understand how a claim works, understand the customer and you’re a natural leader of people.
So much so that you'd rather be mainly office based. You can still be flexible without the need to work from home 5 days a week right?!
Being surrounded by your team is important to you, and seeing as you'll have a team of 9 to begin with it's important to build those relationships from the get go- nothing beats face to face.
And with a gym on-site with personal trainer twice a week and free parking, what more could you want!
