Permanent Sales & Planning Administrator required for Lisburn.Job Purpose:As an Administrator in the Sales Team, your primary responsibility will be to assist with sales and purchasing processing functions within the organisation and to provide admin support for the field sales team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of purchase and sales orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams. Attention to detail and strong relationship building skills are essential for success in this role.Duties will include:Taking inbound sales calls, understanding what customers need, and creating quotations with friendly follow-up to make sure nothing gets missed.Preparing and sending quotes for our Sales Assessors and keeping everything on trackManage and book Sales Assessors diaries efficiently.Manage and book overnight stays for field sales teamMake customer courtesy calls to check on outstanding quotations, confirm delivery satisfaction, and identify further business opportunities.Liaise internally with all departments to ensure customers receive a comprehensive 360 service.Living our Here to Help vibe friendly, fast, and always professional.Provide ideas and feedback to management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.Process Sales Orders before passing them to Purchasing.Plan and route daily Sales deliveriesLiaise with customers and relevant parties regarding delays or issues, ensuring timely resolution.Debrief Drivers upon their return, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.Ensure all planning and logistical requirements comply with company guidelines.Track and resolve all customer care issues, monitoring progress to completion.General Telephone call handling including responding to customer order enquiries, directing sales enquiries to sales team.Maintenance of Sage 200 supplier price lists and product sales pricesAssisting in maintenance of ISO quality auditingVaried day to day administrative tasksTreating all customers with patience, respect and be aware that many of our customers are disabled or have learning difficulties and require clear communications.Develop good working relationships with other staff.Contribute ideas to promote smooth operations and continuous improvement.Helping the team with anything extra the business needs were all in it together!Essential Criteria:Requires strong communication skills, an organised approach to workAbility to manage a wide range of tasks and prioritise appropriatelyA genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.A warm, empathetic nature and the confidence to work with a wide range of customer with a positive can do attitude.Experience in the healthcare sector is a bonus (but not essential!).Familiarity with Sage 200 or equivalent is an advantage.Strong computer skills and brilliant attention to detail.Be conversant with ISO 9001:2015Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pmSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)Company Benefits:Long service additional leaveCompany pensionFree parkingFor further information contact Tanya Lyttle at GenTech Recruitment on Skills:Sales & Planning Administrator Sage 200 Preparing and sending quotesWHJS1_NI
