About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen team to deliver food that reflects our high standards and passion for excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu planning, lead by example in the kitchen, and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute creative and seasonal menu ideas in collaboration with the Sous and Head Chef
*
Prepare and deliver dishes in line with the weekly rotating menus and Absolute Taste standards
*
Supervise and support junior team members across various sections
*
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times
*
Adhere to food safety and health & safety regulations including the Food Safety Act, COSHH, and Fire Regulations
*
Assist in stock control, manage food waste, and ensure month-end stock takes are completed accurately
*
Work within budget parameters to ensure cost-effective food production
About You:

Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced kitchen environment
*
Strong passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
*
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop professionally
