Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Snetterton
My client in Snetterton is looking for a Bookkeeper on a short term basis (2 months).
You'll be reporting into the Group Finance Director and support a junior accounts assistant in their work.
Responsibilities
* Accounts payable, including entering purchase invoices onto the accounting system
* Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
* Credit checks for new customer accounts
* Credit control, including issuing payment reminders to customers and escalating non-payment of invoices where necessary
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Monthly credit card reconciliations
* Entering employee expense claims onto the accounting system
* Posting journals for accruals and prepayments
* Issuing monthly management reports and KPI tracking reports
* Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
* Any other finance tasks as determined by the Managing Director or Group Finance Director
* Pay can be flexible depending on your experience
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experienced Bookkeeper for a short-term project (2 months) is preferred
* Ability to perform the listed responsibilities and deliver accurate accounting work
