Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Leadership Development Consultant. This role will design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme that strengthens capability, drives cultural change, and supports organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver tailored, high-impact leadership modules.
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure programme success.
* Embed leadership behaviours that drive sustainable cultural and organisational change.
* Evaluate and refine learning interventions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering leadership or organisational development programmes.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
* Deep understanding of OD and behavioural change principles.
Details:
6-month contract, 2 days per week on site (North of England), £600 per day
