The client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of two large-scale residential projects across different phases, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile schemes within a supportive and design-led environment.
Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Assist in the management and technical delivery of a large residential project across two phases (approximately 700 units), covering RIBA Stages 4–6.
Contribute to the development of technical design packages for a high-profile 30-storey residential tower, currently entering early Stage 4.
Support the delivery of the second phase, at Stage 4/5, consisting of three separate buildings, two of which are already on site (frame complete, façade underway).
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key technical point of contact where required.
Work collaboratively with the project team, offering technical guidance to junior staff and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Produce and review detailed drawings and technical information to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery.
Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical and quality standards.
Essential Skills and Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
7–10+ years’ experience in UK residential architecture, ideally with exposure to high-rise and multi-occupancy buildings.
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects, with strong technical knowledge and package delivery experience.
Practical, delivery-focused technical skill set with excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Proficiency in Revit; additional technical software skills are an advantage.
