* Efficiently manage caseload, meeting personal targets and deadlines independently.
* Take full responsibility for files from opening to completion, ensuring compliance with SLA's and regulations.
* Receive instructions, draft legal documents, and engage with counterparts proactively.
* Ensure accurate billing and proper fund allocation upon completion. Provide supervision and support to Paralegals.
* Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
