We're looking for a Showroom Manager to join our team at Jewson St. Austell, driving growth and supporting our expanding sales portfolio.

Scheduled weekly hours are 44.5
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8am-12pm
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards Showroom sales and profit targets
* Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
* Placing customer orders with suppliers and advising customers of anticipated delivery dates, scheduling delivery dates to meet customer needs and arranging appropriate transport
* Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
* Advising customers of trading term and conditions and information relating to customer accounts as required.
* Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
* Coordinate sales promotions activities
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in sales development
* Selling experience within either retail or trade outlet, generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices.
* Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
* Demonstrable customer service focus
* Able to create and maintain successful customer relationships
