Bereavement Specialist

We are working with a leading global financial services firm to find a Bereavement Specialist to lead a crucial project within their Bereavement Hub. This full-time, permanent role, based in the Kingswood area, requires a senior professional with a proven track record in proposition development and business transformation.
What you will be doing:
• Strategize and Lead: Take full ownership of the Bereavement Hub's transformation roadmap, aligning it with company-wide goals.
• Innovate and Enhance: Identify and implement improvements to the client experience, fostering a culture of continuous evolution.
• Influence and Collaborate: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the importance of your strategy.
• Analyze and Direct: Utilize your analytical skills to interpret data, solve complex problems, and guide project activities.
• Deliver Projects: Oversee the successful execution of project plans, ensuring all milestones and benefits are achieved.
