About the Role
AtCrookhey Hall School, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our incredible team. This is much more than a support role—it's a chance to build meaningful relationships, nurture confidence and help pupils overcome barriers to learning. Working as part of a supportive and passionate team, you'll help create a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential.
What you’ll do:
1. Work closely with individual pupils and small groups on exciting educational activities.
2. Support teachers in developing and delivering tailored learning programmes.
3. Encourage positive relationships, self-esteem, and social development.
4. Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and preparation of learning materials.

6. Contribute to pupil progress reports and share insights at staff meetings.
