We are looking for a Recovery Dispatch Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis - this role is based at our Sutton Bridge Depot (PE12 9SH).
What will you be doing?
* Liaising with customers via telephone to provide updates for recoveries
Liaising with recovery drivers and other recovery clubs to resolve dispatch issuesOrganising incoming breakdowns and dispatching drivers to live jobsTaking credit card payments for private customersUsing in-house system to receive and dispatch jobs and carry out invoicingGeneral office administration tasks
What will you need?
* This role requires good IT skills and strong organisational skills
Experience working in a fast paced environment, as this is a call centre that takes a high volume of callsKnowledge of the area and motor vehicles would be advantageous but not essentialOvertime is an absolute requirement of the role, due to working in a small team of 4, holiday cover and absence cover will be required.

Vacancy: Recovery Dispatch Coordinator

Salary: £25,100 basic (Up to £26,000 OTE)
Employment type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Three 40 hour weeks – One 32 hour week – Shift Patterns work on a rota basis of early, middle and late shifts
