About the Role: NHS Integration Manager As the NHS Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Daye's Diagnostic Tampon within the NHS, securing partnerships, and ensuring seamless integration into cervical cancer screening pathways. You will build and manage relationships with key NHS stakeholders, including Integrated Care Boards, GP practices, cervical cancer screening committees, and public health teams, to deliver pilot programs and long-term contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of NHS procurement processes, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for advancing women's health. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to integrate Daye's Diagnostic Tampon into NHS cervical cancer screening programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, including ICBs, CCGs, GP practices, and public health teams, to secure pilot programs and contracts.Lead project management for NHS pilots, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as screening uptake, cost savings, and patient satisfaction.Collaborate with Daye's clinical and product teams to provide training and support for healthcare providers adopting the Diagnostic Tampon.Conduct public health economics analyses to demonstrate the value of Daye's solution, aligning with NHS Englands 2040 cervical cancer elimination goal.Support public awareness campaigns to drive patient engagement and adoption of at-home HPV screening.Monitor and report on pilot program outcomes, providing data-driven insights to refine integration strategies.Stay informed on NHS policies, procurement frameworks, and women's health initiatives to position Daye as a trusted partner. Qualification Requirements Experience in healthcare sales, NHS partnerships, or public health program management.Proven track record of securing contracts or pilots within the NHS or similar healthcare systems.Deep understanding of NHS procurement processes, Integrated Care Systems, and public health economics.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with experience working with senior NHS leaders.Strong project management abilities, with experience delivering measurable outcomes in healthcare settings.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical and economic value propositions.Bachelors degree in public health, business, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
