Duties:
Analyse recruitment data, including candidate profiles, hiring trends, and performance metrics, to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can form recruitment strategies. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to provide insights to management. Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process through data-driven analysis and recommendations, including enhancements to sourcing strategies, candidate screening methods, and interview processes. Use software systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), to streamline data management and enhance efficiency in recruitment operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to gather data, share insights, and align recruitment strategies with organisational goals. Provide training and support to recruitment teams on data analysis tools and techniques
