Data Integrity Supervisor role focusing on ensuring the integrity of life history data and airworthiness information across EAM and related data sources, with coordination through CAMO and EDS teams.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and interrogate engineering record details against the current and legacy Electronic Asset Management (EAM) system and all available data sources to establish the accuracy of life history back to birth.
* Where DI issues are identified in life history, investigate and interrogate engineering records for the accuracy of modification and Technical Instruction (TI) history, configuration management, and Me DT-granted concessions.
* Conduct process verification audits (PVAs) on the electronic recording actions for Me DT issued Special Instruction (Technical) (SI(T).
* Ensure correct electronic recording action for Special Instructions (Technical) (SI(T)).
* Liaise between Squadrons, HQ and DT for all DI matters identified above.
* Conduct trending of the above DI and DE activity for the CAMO Technical Data Exploitation (TDE).
* In consultation with EDS, Squadron Engineering Management Teams and CAMO, raise Defence Aviation Safety Occurrence Reports (DASORs), Quality Occurrence Reports (QORs), MF760 Narrative Fault Reports, MF765 Unsatisfactory Feature Reports should any airworthiness or DI issues be identified during CAMO DI and DE activity.
* Provide DI solutions and recovery advice for military platform DI issues and draft, staff and/or validate policy and procedures.
* Maintain databases, email and MODNET files, ensuring all filing and archiving of DI/Airworthiness documentation meets current retention regulations and policy.
* Provide a Point of Contact function to provide DI/DE, custodian, and policy advice to squadron/unit Air Engineering Officer's Writer (AEOW).
* Provide a Quality Assurance function for all EDS output.
* When requested, support the Quality Systems Manager/CAMO Quality System Coordinator in the auditing of squadron/unit AEOWs or Boundary Cells.
* Keep up to date with continuation training and competency checks required by current regulations, mid-level policy, CAME requirements and Station policy.
* Where required by Customer Regulations and Procedures, employees are authorised to carry out contracted tasks.
* Ensure best practice and assurance of regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
* Able to achieve SC Clearance.
* 8 years' experience in military/industry airworthiness environment equivalent.
* Qualified to conduct Quality Assurance self-audits.
* Suitably qualified to be authorised to MAM-P Authority Level E.
* Completed a GOLDesp Supervisor and Aircraft Custodian levels as a minimum.
* Completed a Maintenance Human Factors Course.
* An understanding and proven experience of Airworthiness Engineering Safety and Compliance in accordance with Regulatory and Legislative requirements (MAA and MAOS) including CAMO.
* A good capability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining operational outputs.
