Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Handling HNW and high-value personal lines policies from start to finish. Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation and client communication. Working closely with senior members of the team and contributing to a smooth handover from a long-serving colleague. Building relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients. Using Acturis to manage all aspects of the client journey. What We’re Looking For Experience handling personal lines insurance (HNW experience is a bonus, but not essential). A confident communicator who enjoys client service and building rapport. Someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workflow. A team player looking for a long-term opportunity with progression. What’s on Offer Competitive salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience). Hybrid working model – Mondays and Fridays from home. 25 days holiday bank holidays, increasing with service.
