API Product Owner Location: London/Nottingham/Hybrid: 4 day week plus regular home working is common (1-2 days in the office) but we do love to see each other in person to collaborate!
This newly created role will act as a product owner for our range of APIs, which help to deliver some of the most challenging and innovative projects through data and insight.
Be a champion of the ElectraLink dataset and an expert in the use of data in digital journeys to improve end customer experiences.
Work closely with industry experts, customers, and data team to ensure timely delivery of APIs which support the energy transition.
Use customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
Act as a subject matter expert with customers to drive the development and adoption of our API products in supporting the energy transition.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Monitor product performance and user feedback and use insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
A deep understanding of API technologies, RESTful architecture, and web services.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Prior experience in software development (desired but not a must).
