Your new company
This organisation, based in Altrincham, is seeking a temporary administrator to join their team on a long-term temp basis. Initially, the role will be part-time 3 days a week and then can increase to full-time.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the team with ordering materials and managing supplier communications
Compiling lists and documents to assist the manager with project planning
Helping to arrange and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
Ensuring all documents are saved correctly and consistently
Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothlyWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administration role
Ideally from a construction, building services, or electrical background
Confident using MS Office, especially Excel
A team player with strong attention to detail and good organisational skillsWhat you'll get in return
£14 per hour + holiday pay
Free on-site parking
Flexible working hours (09:00 - 17:00)
Long-term temporary opportunity
Initial part-time hours (3 days/week), with potential to increase to full-time
