Regional Director – South of England
We are working with a growing, multi-site service business seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and develop a key region across the South of England.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people, offering the opportunity to drive significant growth and transformation within a well-established business.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a regional business unit, with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team.
You will oversee multiple operational sites and lead both commercial and service delivery functions, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
* Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
* Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
* Improving service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
* Managing and coaching a team of managers to deliver against KPIs
* Strengthening pipeline performance, conversion, and commercial discipline
* Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities for regional expansion and improvement
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a commercially driven leader with a strong operational background and a track record of delivering performance across complex, field-based environments.
You will likely bring:
* Experience in a regional, area, or multi-site leadership role
* Proven ownership of P&L and financial performance
* Background in service-led, operational or field-based businesses
* Strong track record of delivering growth, efficiency, and margin improvement
* Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
* A hands-on, results-driven leadership style
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
