Role Description
Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.
We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, who can help us drive deals from inception through to execution.
The role will include:
(i) Process Coordination
* Coordinating internal processes / team members
* Dealing with investors and business owners
* Valuation modelling and forecasting
(ii) Execution of M&A Diligence Processes
* Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence asks
* Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners through the execution process
(iii) Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)
* Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors - e.g., slides highlighting companies we are representing

Applicants should have:
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience working with small and medium-sized business accounts
* ACA qualification is a plus but not necessary
* Investment Banking / M&A Experience
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Sincerity
* Work ethic and willingness to work hard
* Sense of humor
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
