Ready to take the next step in your career? At Vertu Vauxhall Macclesfield, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing sales operation. You’ll work in a busy, high-footfall dealership located on a vibrant retail park — a prime spot that attracts a steady stream of customers. Every day brings variety, with opportunities to sell both new and used vehicles.

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits, including Stellantis Rewards, where Sales Managers can earn 50% of their sales colleagues’ manufacturer rewards.


About the role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a structured, ethical and customer‑focused sales operation. You’ll support your team of 5 Sales Executives through clear processes, regular coaching and hands‑on leadership, while staying closely connected to the customer journey yourself.

Your focus will be on:

* Creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people can do their best work
* Leading the sale of new and used Vauxhall vehicles, alongside finance and value‑added products
* Managing sales campaigns and promotions in line with brand and compliance standards
* Balancing performance, profitability and customer satisfaction in a sustainable way


About you

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, or a Business Manager or Assistant Sales Manager ready to progress into their next role. You’ll have experience in the motor industry and a genuine interest in supporting sales performance, profitability and efficient ways of working. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys leading with empathy, developing people, and creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

You’ll likely bring:

* Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer‑focused practice.
