Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
* Oversee project cost tracking and liaise with site teams
* Manage VAT, CIS, and PAYE compliance
* Support credit control and supplier payments
* Assist with year-end and audit processes
Requirements:
* Qualified, part-qualified, or QBE accountant
* Construction or contracting sector experience
* Strong Sage/Xero skills and Excel proficiency
* Solid understanding of CIS and WIP
