What you'll do
In this role, you'll:
* File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering and Foot Anstey procedures.
* Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times.
* Managing routine client enquiries, to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements.
* Ad hoc administration duties for and on behalf of fee earners in the team, including support on matter and financial matter management.
* Diary, travel and meeting management tasks.
What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
* Prior experience working within an administrative function.
* Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and attention to detail.
* Good administration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
