Pay & Hours:
Rate of £12.71 for 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. We are open to flexible working hours.
Job Role:
Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, ensure sales growth, control costs, and develop customer loyalty. Work involves food prep, customer service, stock management, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment.
* Manage deliveries and stock.
* Maintain shop displays and product knowledge.
* Food preparation and quality control.
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
* Operate tills and handle cash.
* Assist with opening/closing shop and shift management.
* Drive sales and reduce wastage.
* Previous supervisory retail or customer service experience required; food production experience advantageous but not essential.
