Responsibilities:
* Driving a RFT quality culture in production areas
* Delivery of training and compliance signoff for production and technical colleagues
* Lead and mentor waste management culture
* Oversee daily taste panel compliance to customer specifications
* Manage GMP internal audit schedule and ensure compliance
* Conduct internal QMS audits as per schedule
* Develop and manage training plans for QA/QCs, including PDPs/PDRs for upskilling and succession planning
* Manage traceability software
* Oversee site quarantine and disposal logs
* Implement 10-day and under actions to minimize waste
* Deliver induction training in line with shared team responsibilities
* Conduct destructive pack tests for new launches against QAS & Specification
* Manage site calibration schedule
About You:
You should be a customer-focused ambassador of our brand, committed to high standards of behavior and appearance, contributing to our quality and service ethos.
* Expert knowledge of food safety systems (BRCGS) and factory standards
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Integrity and sound judgment under pressure
* People management and influencing skills
* Positive attitude and proactive approach
* Flexibility and willingness to learn
* HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 certification
