Claims Handler
Based: Redhill, Surrey
Duration: 6 to 9 months maternity cover, possibly ongoing
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: 30 to 32k, Excellent Benefits and optional O/T
Claims Handler required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth. The Claims handler role is a fixed term contract position, full-time Monday to Friday, office based. For this role, the client is offering a competitive salary based on 30 to 32k per annum. Experience within a similar role is desirable.
Responsibilities
* Discussing the claim with the customer and logging all of the information given.
* Guiding the customer through the process of the claim and keeping them updated.
* Supporting the customer with guidance through insurance claims documents.
* Reporting weekly to management on claim status and outcomes.
* Other general administration.
The clients office are based near Reigate, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
