The Role as a Planning Director:
As Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business while leading a talented team of planners. You will be responsible for managing high:profile projects, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities as a Planning Director:
* Leading and managing planning projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed:use developments.
* Providing expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
* Mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Representing clients in planning appeals, inquiries, and local plan examinations.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest professional standards.
