Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Strategy & Network Innovation Lead, Vision EMEA, located in UK, Ireland or other EU location.
This role involves working across all disciplines within the Deliver EMEA (Vision) organisation, supporting the Head of Strategy and Business Model Innovation in orchestrating operational performance, capacity planning, cost modeling, and network roadmap validation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in infrastructure workshops to support delivery performance and cost excellence.
2. Assist in building project scope and business case documents for communication and alignment.
3. Drive monthly performance reviews across the region.
4. Manage productivity and continuous improvement projects.
5. Assess and optimize the business model and network.
6. Evaluate capacity of Distribution Centres to ensure optimal operations.
7. Lead the Cost-to-Deliver Model for cost and profitability analysis, model updates, and benchmarking.
Qualifications
Education
* BA/BS (preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
* MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (preferred)
* MBA (desirable)
Experience and Skills
Required
* Proven experience in operational roles or analytical fields with interest in data and statistics.
* Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience with data tools such as Alteryx, SQL/Python.
* Data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and influence colleagues.
* Self-motivated with good prioritization skills.
* Focus on results and delivering impact.
* Professional communication across organizational levels.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Financial and cost modeling expertise.
Preferred
* Experience with complex supply chains or cross-functional teams.
