Customer Service Advisor – Warehouse/Retail – Erdington – £ – Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the Erdington area. You will be working at our client, a leading high street and online retailer specialising in women’s clothing and accessories. This role offers a dynamic work environment where dedication and expertise are highly valued.
Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
You will need the following:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. The ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly.
3. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information.
4. Previous experience within the customer service sector is preferred but not required.
5. Candidates with experience in people-oriented roles (retail, hospitality, etc) are welcomed to apply.
Details:
6. Pay rate: £ per hour
7. Location: Erdington
8. Hours of work: 8-hour shifts on a rotation basis between 8am – 7pm, any 5 days out of 7
9. Duration: Temp to Perm
Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
10. Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
11. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
12. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
13. Meet individual and departmental goals.
14. Support the business where it is required on day-to-day tasks.
15. Implement actions and processes to improve the overall customer experience.
