Our client, a leading provider of products and services to the energy sector are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Administrator (22-30 hours per week) to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role will be fully office based and is located in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles of Accounts Administrator will include the following duties:
Inputting invoices
Operating Xero ERP system
Paying Supplychain bills.
Updating monthly overviews
Looking after money in / out
Working in systems like Ariba for the likes of SLB & Halliburton etc.
Forecasting cashflow
Liaising with our accountant
Looking after HMRC account
General admin duties
Raising POs
Delivery tickets
Maintaining files, documents etc.
Ordering parts, PPE & supplies occasionally
