As Leading Business Services continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join our friendly, professional team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of corporate insolvency experience, ideally within CVL case progression, investigation work, and insolvency litigation knowledge.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a diverse caseload, including statutory duties, creditor communications, asset realisation, redundancy claims, and investigations.
2. Liaise with directors and stakeholders, ensuring accurate information is provided and cases progress efficiently.
3. Draft key documents such as statutory reports, final creditor updates, and outcome statements.
4. Ensure compliance and statutory deadlines are met using specialist software (e.g., IPS and Virtual Cabinet).
5. Provide support to junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them develop.
6. Work as part of the investigations team alongside other senior and junior members.
7. Proactively progress a high volume of CVL cases.
8. Produce detailed bank reviews and conduct reports with minimal supervision.
9. Maintain a broad understanding of regulatory requirements.
10. Willingness to provide training and support to junior team members.
11. Be flexible and adaptable to team and business needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a corporate insolvency administrator, preferably with at least 3 years of experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IPS and Virtual Cabinet.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing competing deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Relevant industry qualifications (ideally CPI or CII), though relevant experience is also considered. Study support for future qualifications is available.

Salary up to £35,000 per annum, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
Expected hours: 37.5 per week, with flexi-time and remote working options. The role requires availability to work from our Norwich office at least three times a week.
