About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business and supporting the growth of the commercial lines portfolio. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and schedule new business opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accuracy.
Manage your own diary and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
Work towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and proactive approach to engaging new leads.
Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter who contributes positively to the team.
Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial but not essential.
