About the role
The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR function, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations across recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance and data management. This role is central to ensuring a smooth employee experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
Providing support to the HR Manager with key areas including:
* HR Administration: Maintain records, prepare documents and support payroll
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job adverts, manage applications and co-ordinate interviews
* HR Operations and Compliance: Assist with HR policy implementation and key processes
* Employee Relations Support: Provide admin support for employee relations matters and case work
Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience, within an HR or people-focused environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
