OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - • Excellent communication skills and be able to source and negotiate prices with suppliers within strict time constraints • Familiarity with Delphi and Opera Systems (preferred but not essential). • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail. • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. • Buying experience in a hospitality or food based environment IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - • Be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency • Raise and process purchase orders, tracking orders through to completion, reconciling purchase orders and invoices and liaising and working with other departments to meet the demands of the business • Have excellent communication skills and be able to source and negotiate prices with suppliers within strict time constraints • Manage important correspondence, track payments, and chase contract addendums to keep events on schedule. • Work closely with the main warehouse, you will maintain and monitor stock levels to satisfy the demands of the various activities across our business.
