We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You’ll earn a base salary of £33,280, and with door‑to‑door travel pay, your total earnings will be around £37,440 a year.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out planned maintenance, reactive callouts, and project support across our client sites.
* Complete routine site checks (PMVs) and handle day‑to‑day tasks requested by customers.
* Perform six‑monthly and annual compliance servicing including emergency lighting, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and air conditioning.
* Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively.
* Provide materials lists and time estimates for remedial works.
* Work safely, follow regulations, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Take part in the on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours emergencies.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a mobile, multi‑site building services or maintenance role.
* Solid grasp of Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
* Confident with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
