Position Overview:
The Commercial Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of a portfolio of commercial assets. This includes developing and executing strategic plans, optimizing lease and contract structures, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the assets achieve financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Strategy & Performance
* Develop and implement asset business plans to maximize income, capital growth, and efficiency.
* Analyze asset performance and recommend improvements.
* Conduct regular asset valuations, risk assessments, and return-on-investment analyses.
2. Commercial & Financial Management
* Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned assets.
* Identify and pursue value-add opportunities including lease renegotiations, capital improvements, and operational enhancements.
* Oversee service charge and operational expenditure to ensure cost efficiency.
3. Stakeholder & Tenant Management
* Act as primary liaison for tenants, partners, joint venture stakeholders, and service providers.
* Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and commercial agreements.
* Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
