About You
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
* Previous nursery/childcare experience
* Strong understanding of EYFS & child development
* Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
* Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues
* Eligible to work in the UK
