Overview
Multi Trader – We are looking for a Multi Trader in Lichfield and the surrounding areas. The work will be carrying out building maintenance on new build homes, carrying out snagging works and building repairs.
Responsibilities
* Carry out snagging works on new build homes.
* Carry out building repairs as required.
* Perform maintenance and trades tasks across a range of building trades as part of a multi-skilled role.
Qualifications
* Time served tradesman who is competent in a range of trades and build repairs works.
* Experience in performing a variety of building maintenance and snagging tasks on new builds.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain quality standards.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Benefits
* Permanent opportunity.
* Salary up to £35,000 per annum plus additional extras.
