Support the procurement Lead in the raising, distribution and chasing of purchase orders. Chasing and addressing concerns with orders. Communication: Communicate with site management in regard to order updates and problem management. Understanding site requirements and ensuring the correct material lands in the correct place. Liaising with site management to mitigate potential problems. Liaise with accounts to ensure all invoices are matching up against raised PO’s. Performance Monitoring: Monitor minimum supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reporting any process bottlenecks/issues. Giving feedback to procurement Lead on underperforming vendors. Office Administration: Day to day administration of all office-related activities. Ensure office fobs are allocated & the existing controls system is maintained in an accurate manner, reporting any changes/additions on a weekly basis. Responsible for the lockers and pedestals allocated to staff. Manage the lockers spreadsheet with accuracy, ensure that all staff (who otherwise don’t have a locker) are allocated a pedestal. Maintaining the contents of the office stationery cupboards (and other applicable storage areas relating to WFG office activity). Conducting bi-weekly audits, reporting on stock which needs to be ordered. Working with Two in all matters related to office maintenance, e.g., booking in services, contractors (after approval from Two MD). Responsible for ensuring all things which are needed for the office (i.e. new stationary, soap etc) is communicated and ordered (by the HoT) in a timely manner. Requirements: Purchasing / Procurement experience in a similar position. A track record of building strong, productive, and effective supplier relationships. ERP system experience. Experience in Plant hire & Plant hire tracking. Personal Skills Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong administrative, organisational and driven mind set. Ability to work across all intra-group companies. Willingness to learn. Proven problem-solving skills.
